Nov 6 2020 meeting with Board and Elected Officers (ex Bernie Capron N1NDN)
Notes on no special order, we bounced around a few times. Present were current Board - Tony, Ted, ans Steve, as well as the following elected officers:
Mickey, Frank, Paul, Jeff
Meeting is primarily in response to a Letter from W2JOJ, re code of conduct
Changes needed to ByLaws - Board will report on all issues and present them to the members at (a) future meeting(s)
3 month chunks of using zoom during covid pandemic
motion was made when we didn't have quorum - no problem for dues, officers don't count in quorum
at start meeting - secretary determines if we have a quorum

new club policy, not in bylaws, no vote needed to adopt
Interference committee? We had interference on repeaters and this wasn't established. The vote for the dues raise is legal according to the bylaws Quorum is defined as 1/3rd of paid members present We did not have a quorum during Aug meeting when family membership was voted upon. Board will bring changes to bylaws to meeting for discussion.
