Well, hello to all,

Since there probably haven’t been anywhere near enough reminders . . . on the radio, in the print media, on social media, on the Internet, etc, etc . . . I thought maybe I would cast out another one.
And . . . by the middle of next week, we ought to have had just about enough of each other . . . and here’s why:
Saturday, 27-June-2015  W2WCR License Exam Session
8:30am at the Warren County Sheriff’s Training Room
It appears that we have enough Volunteer Examiners to handle the exam session with no problem, but if anyone would like to come on by and help out as a greeter or to handle the entrance door (which we are no longer allowed to block open), we would be happy to have the assistance (VE qualifications not required for these tasks).
Saturday and Sunday, 27 & 28-June-2015  W2WCR ARRL Field Day Activities
Official Time 2:00pm Saturday to 2:00pm Sunday - Setup and tear-down before and after (sort of obviously)
AND . . . Monday, 29-June-2015 W2WCR Monthly Meeting
7:00pm at Uno Chicago Grill - Rt 9 Queensbury - right across Rt 9 from Walmart
But is it possible that we’ll have anything left to talk about by Monday???
Im-pos-see-blay (yes, that is a transliteration from the French)!!!  Of course we’ll have stuff to talk about!  Because we all will (I am sure) be making notes through the entire Field Day operation of things that we want to discuss on Monday . . . questions, comments, squawks, suggestions, etc.
And, if that is not enough, We will also be hearing from a couple of other people . . .
Per Donald (N2VU):  Brian LaFlure would like to talk to the group about new Tower site policies, Greg Doriski would like address the group to acknowledge what we do and express appreciation for how we do so much to be ready when all else fails, and to share what the Red Cross is up to as far as investing in more radio equipment.
So . . . I am going to get back to polishing up my riveting script for the exam session right now . . . because, ya never know, maybe I’ll run out of things to say ???
See you all over the weekend and at the meeting.
Dan.
